Nintendo Gives Release Dates to Several Games and amiibo

Earlier, Nintendo shared an update to an infographic that was released early last month. You can compare the two below.

Some interesting things to note about the titles set for release, are solid release dates for all but two titles on the graphic. We get release dates for Wii U and Nintendo 3DS games that mostly went with estimates until now.

A couple other things to note are the addition of Devil’s Third, Fatal Frame, and (curiously) both New Super Mario Bros. U and New Super Luigi U for Wii U. There are also some omissions  to note, as well. Sonic Boom: Fire and Ice for 3DS has been removed, and anything 2016 has been hidden. That means, The Legend of Zelda Wii U, Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem, Fire Emblem Fates, Hyrule Warriors Legends, Mario & Luigi Paper Jam, and the great Metroid Prime Federation Force are all absent from the graphic.

We finally have a solid release date for the new Disney Infinity (August 30). New Super Mario Bros. U and New Super Luigi U are both dated for October 16 along with Yoshi’s Woolly World. Fatal Frame has been dated for October 22, and StarFox Zero has been dated for November 20. Devil’s Third has finally gotten a release date in North America of December 11. As for Nintendo 3DS titles, The Legend of Zelda: Triforce Heroes has been dated for October 23, Yokai Watch for November 6, and Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon for November 20.

There are also release dates for many more announced amiibo. Starting with the Chibi-Robo amiibo to be released on October 9, the release of the Yarn Yoshi amiibo on October 16 (to coincide with the game’s release). Then the Mii Fighter amiibo are set to release on November 1, with Mewtwo on November 13, Mega Yarn Yoshi on November 15, and Falco on November 20. The Animal Crossing amiibo figures will be releasing some time during the Holiday.
